Cold October night
All the leaves fallen down
And the snow on the ground freezing the feet
Lisa’s bus on the road
To the outside of town
And the sound of the whining wanna-be protest drum beat.

They stand with their home-made signs
In the cold, cold breeze
And that whining group
Telling nobody

It’s FMH Lisa!
FMH Lisa’s Traveling Protestation Show!
She’s packed up her babies,
She’s grabbed the old ladies
But nobody goes
Everyone knows
Sister FMH Lisa’s show.

[Sermon]
Reach out with your left hand, and stretch forth your “Impeach Bush Now” sign
…’cause that’s what its there for
Now take your right hand, and lock arms with the unkempt, unshaven, and unbathed hippie next to you…
…’cause that’s what he’s there for

Take my hand in yours
Whine with me this day
In my heart I know
I’ll make the Salt Lake Tribune’s front page!

It’s FMH Lisa!
FMH Lisa’s Traveling Protestation Show!
She’s packed up her babies,
She’s grabbed the old ladies
But nobody goes
Everyone knows
Sister FMH Lisa’s show.

Awesome Snark. This made my day.

Wow, Quimby was all over that one. And props to ECS for the failed attempt at threadjack with current events (SCHIP).

I am going to go to the rally and bring my caged monkeys to fling poo at all people wearing FMH t-shirts. I have been training them by wearing my FMH shirt and ranting and raving like a lunatic about Halloween costumes that are slutty, not sexxxy, the latter being good. The monkeys have gotten quite good at targeting the shirt, although I fear there may be some collateral damage.

Let's see. Eight hour bus trip one way, there and back, plus the march, in one day. With a seven year old.

Isn't this what child protective services is for?

Anonymous (comment #3): Don't be an ass. My folks took all 3 kids on 3-day road trips twice a year and it was GREAT. Some of my best family memories, in fact.

Making cavalier accusations of child abuse is neither witty nor warranted in this case. You may loathe Lisa's politics--that's dandy. But leave her mothering skills out of it. That line you should never cross? Look behind you.

D. Golden Shizzle--good snark! (although we FMHers look WAY better in our shirts than the photoshopped image. You can always come to the protest and meet us. I'd even bring you brownies, though mine don't contain the usual key ingredient featured in baked goods constructed by unwashed hippies such as myself ;).

Janet, it's bad parenting to brainwash a child like this, at least that's what the Clintons and Janet Reno think. Just look what she did to those seven y.o. kids outside Waco.
